What is included in the rental?

Two helmets and basic insurance are included. Any additional rental
conditions will be explained before pick-up.

What documents do I need?

You must show a valid driving licence and an ID card or passport
before starting the rental. Contact us before booking if you are
unsure whether your licence is valid in Italy.

Where do I pick up the scooter?

Free pick-up is available at our rental point in Sorrento.
The exact instructions will also be included in your booking confirmation.

Can the scooter be delivered to my accommodation?

Yes. Delivery to Vico Equense, Seiano, Meta, Piano di Sorrento,
Sant’Agnello, Sorrento, Massa Lubrense and Puolo costs €10.

For other locations, the €10 minimum delivery fee is included
and any additional charge will be confirmed after booking.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. A €500 refundable security deposit is payable at pick-up.
It is not charged online and is refunded after the scooter inspection
at return.

What happens after I book?

You will receive an order confirmation with your booking details.
Our team may contact you on WhatsApp if any additional information
is needed for pick-up or delivery.
